We are proud to offer an innovative range of high-quality imports from a wide range of international suppliers, as well as exports from South Africa to neighbouring African countries such as Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Swaziland, Lesotho, Mozambique and Tanzania. CRAZY CRAFTS™ is a steadily growing business, with a client base of more than 2500 retailers.
This flagship brand offers more than 2000 line items, housed in a 1000m² warehouse with various methods of wholesale distribution. We constantly search for new items all over the world to satisfy the hungry craft market in Southern Africa.
In 2015, the CRAZY CRAFTS™ company successfully negotiated sole distributorship agreements with both Acrilex and Guarany in Brazil, thereby gaining market share throughout the region.
In addition to several hundred independent retailers, CRAZY CRAFTS™ is an authorised supplier to several leading retail chain stores. These chains comprise a total of more than 400 stores across South Africa and neighbouring African Countries.
Our sales for the last 36 months have increased phenomenally, and many new supply contracts have been acquired for the years ahead.
Currently, we have 12 sales representatives covering South Africa and neighbouring countries who regularly service our more than 2000 sewing, handcraft, stationery, toy, pharmacy, packaging and gift store clients. We regularly exhibit at trade, craft and hobby expos, and the owner, Jan Balt, travels worldwide in search of new and innovative products and supplies at exhibitions and factories all over the world.
